The Online Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engaging webinars and virtual events that align with the company’s marketing and business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of digital event platforms, and a passion for delivering seamless and impactful online experiences.

Your missions

  • Webinar planning & strategy - Develop and manage an annual calendar of webinars and online events & work with internal teams and external partners to define event objectives, topics, and target audiences.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of webinars - Platform setup, invitations, registrations, rehearsals, live event support, and post-event follow-ups & coordinate with speakers, partners, moderators, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Technical Management - Select, configure, and operate webinar platforms (e.g. GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams) & troubleshoot live event issues and ensure high-quality video, audio, and streaming.

  • Content & Promotion - Collaborate with other marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, landing pages, email invites, and social media content & Oversee the production of event materials, presentations, and recordings.

  • Engagement & Analytics - Implement interactive elements (polls, Q&A, chat) to maximize audience participation & track event performance, analyze KPIs (attendance, engagement, conversion), and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in online event or webinar management (preferably 2–4 years).

  • Proficiency in webinar platforms and digital event tools.

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills

  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

  • Fluency in  written and spoken German or English skills are a must, knowledge of another European foreign language is an advantage.
