Home to our product development, the Product & Engineering department brings together 15 cross-functional product teams across three product domains – Consumer, Business, and Platform – all working collaboratively in an agile environment.

We are currently looking for a Group Product Manager (f/m/d) – Business Domain (B2B Products) who thrives in a creative and dynamic setting. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our product strategy, advancing our mission, and empowering product managers by providing clear direction and alignment to achieve shared goals.

Your Key Responsibilities as Group Product Manager (f/m/d):

• Strategic Leadership: As integral part of the domain leadership team, you will define and lead the direction of the domain. You will ensure the product teams inside the domain are united by a shared mission

• Product Alignment, Coaching and People Development: As Group Product Manager, you align, support, and coach all Product Managers within your domain, ensuring the domain’s strategic direction is effectively implemented in line with the company strategy and product portfolio. You foster a culture of feedback and growth, enabling continuous development and strengthening product management capabilities across the domain

• Holistic Product View: You will maintain a holistic view of our products, defining domain goals and priorities. Your role is crucial in achieving set goals through professional orientation and strategic sparring for the Product Managers in your domain

• Holistic Customer Journey Focus: Cultivate a seamless and harmonious product experience by strategically aligning and integrating the various elements of our offerings. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all product managers within your domain work collaboratively to build a cohesive customer journey that resonates with our users and supports our business objectives

• Customer-Centric Approach: Your methods are rooted in customer-centricity, seeking out and amplifying the customer voice as a key driver in product development. You understand the importance of balancing customer wins with business objectives, striving to satisfy both continuously

• Empowerment and Collaboration: Strengthen the autonomy of Product Managers by being the main contact for cross-functional collaboration and ensuring consistency in product development practices. Promote stronger collaboration between product teams, aiming for organizational autonomy and team-level empowerment

• Leading by functional Authority: In our matrix organization, you'll exercise leadership through your expertise and professional authority, guiding product strategies and aligning teams without direct disciplinary control. This role emphasizes the power of strategic vision and collaborative influence, creating a dynamic environment where cross-functional partnerships and expertise-driven leadership thrive

What your day as a Group Product Manager (f/m/d) might look like:

• Start Your Day: Begin by setting up your mobile workspace or arranging your office desk just the way you like it. This is your moment to get in the zone and set the tone for a productive day

• Morning Focus: Jump into strategic planning by reviewing key metrics and tracking progress toward your domain goals. Collaborate with Product Managers to gather insights, analyze data, and prioritize the day’s most impactful tasks

• Strategic Alignment: Connect with fellow Group Product Managers to make sure your domain strategy aligns with the company’s big-picture goals. These cross-domain discussions spark collaboration, innovation, and open communication

• Product Decision-Making: Make key product decisions backed by data and strategic insight. Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to ensure decisions are understood, supported, and translated into action

• A Senior or Group Product Manager with several years of experience in SaaS product environments; disciplinary leadership experience is a strong advantage

• A natural mentor who inspires, guides, and supports team members, helping them grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

• Strategically minded with strong analytical skills, capable of shaping product roadmaps and aligning stakeholders around a compelling vision.

• Quick to identify potential product risks and proactive in developing solutions to navigate challenges effectively

• Passionate about user-centered design, leveraging research and insights to drive impactful product decisions

• A collaborative partner who builds trust and strong relationships across peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• An excellent communicator in English, with German proficiency as a valuable plus

• Big-picture focused, keeping all product managers motivated, aligned, and energized toward achieving shared goals

• Empowered to make sound, critical decisions while creating an environment where others can confidently contribute and make informed choices
