Our Talent Acquisition team supports the entire recruitment process for departments such as Engineering, Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Business Operations, ACT, and more. From creating job postings and actively sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing contract signings – with us, you'll experience all facets of recruiting.

Your responsibilities as a Working Student (f/m/d) Talent Acquisition: 

• Supporting our Talent Acquisition Partners in their day-to-day tasks

• Reviewing application documents for completeness and assisting in Candidate Screening

• Contacting qualified Candidates by Phone and scheduling Interviews

• Maintaining oversight of Candidate communication

• Documenting, updating, and internationalizing our recruitment knowledge in our Knowledge Management System

• Actively participating in recruiting projects, such as evaluating recruitment channels

• You are a full-time student in a business-related, psychology, or comparable field of study and have at least 12 months of studies remaining

• Initial practical experience in the HR field (e.g., through internships or working student positions) is a plus

• You have strong communication skills for both phone and in-person conversations and are eager to further develop them

• You're motivated to learn more about recruiting and application management

• You work independently and in a structured manner

• You have a technical affinity and feel confident working with internal systems and tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, etc.)

• You have professional-level German skills and are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• You are looking for a working student position for around 20 hours per week
