Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) – High‑Scale Trust Signals

Home of our Product Development is the Products & Engineering Department, which consists of 15 cross-functional Product Teams across 3 Product Domains (Consumer, Business and Platform), working in an agile environment.

We’re looking for a talented and curious Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Platform Domain, someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems through code, and is driven to improve the overall User Experience.

In this role, you’ll be part of our Trustbadge Team, whose product is used by tens of thousands of websites and shown to millions of users every day

Your Key Responsibilities as a Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d):

• Build modern Web Components using Lit and React to power the Trustbadge at scale.

• Optimize performance and reliability for embedded UI running on tens of thousands of partner websites.

• Ensure seamless rendering and compatibility across browsers, frameworks, and integration environments.

• Own your work end-to-end in a "You build it, you own it" culture.

• Implement and maintain cloud‑native services using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cloudfront).

• Contribute to an environment of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and iterative improvement.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate new trust signals, UI capabilities, and backend features into the Trustbadge ecosystem.

• Strong frontend expertise with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and hands‑on experience with Web Components & lightweight frameworks like Lit. 

• Backend experience with Node.js and designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs. 

• AWS experience with event‑driven architectures and containerized workloads. 

• Solid understanding of both NoSQL (DynamoDB) and SQL (RDS) databases. 

• Experience with Terraform / IaC or willingness to learn. 

• Curiosity, growth mindset, and strong communication skills in English.
