As a Customer Lifecycle UX Designer, you’ll be the creative and strategic force behind this transformation. Your customer centric approach will shape our digital customer management approach, strengthen engagement, and create scalable journeys that resonate with our customers. From uncovering friction points to crafting seamless interactions, your work will drive clarity, usability, and measurable impact across the entire product experience.


Your Key Responsibilities as UX Designer (f/m/d):

UX & Product Design 

  • Design intuitive user experiences for B2B software applications and digital products 

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows 

  • Balance usability with business and technical requirements typical of B2B environments 

  • Contribute to and apply design systems and UX standards 

CMS & CRM Experience 

  • Design and optimise experiences within CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot) 

  • Collaborate with CRM teams to improve UX across Salesforce-powered journeys 

  • Support lead capture, onboarding, account management, and self-service experiences 

  • Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and customer touchpoints 

Data-Driven Customer Experience 

  • Use customer data, analytics, and behavioural insights to inform design decisions 

  • Partner with data and CRM teams to understand funnels, drop-offs, and usage patterns 

  • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous UX optimisation 

  • Ensure UX solutions align with tracking, reporting, and data requirements 

Collaboration & Delivery 

  • Work closely with customer experience & retention managers throughout discovery and delivery 

  • Translate complex requirements into clear, user-centred design solutions 

  • Support implementation with detailed design specs and QA in close collaboration with marketing automation 

  • Participate in agile delivery processes

Job requirements

Experience

  • 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience 

  • Proven experience working on B2B software or digital products 

  • Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step workflows 

  • Practical experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot 

  • Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce in a customer or lifecycle context

Skills

  • Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, user flows 

  • Solid visual and UI design capability 

  • Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) 

  • Strong understanding of data-informed design and digital analytics 

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional B2B product teams 

Nice to have

  • Experience designing dashboards, admin tools, or customer portals 

  • Familiarity with marketing automation or lifecycle tools 

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based B2B environments
