Your Key Responsibilities as Conversational AI Dessigner (f/m/d):

As a Conversational AI Designer (f/m/d), you will shape the Conversations, Flows, and Intelligence behind our AI Assistants - transforming them into intuitive, helpful Agents that engage naturally with users

• Design engaging, clear, and brand-aligned dialogue Flows for AI Assistants, Chatbots, and other cutting-edge Generative AI touchpoints

• Define how AI agents respond, escalate, collect Context, and take action by applying Agentic AI principles

• Craft and refine prompts that effectively guide Large Language Models (LLMs) across diverse scenarios

• Collaborate closely with Engineers to build conversational flows that dynamically leverage Tools and Data through MCP, making interactions smarter and more personalized

• Shape the personality, tone, and trustworthiness of our conversational experiences to create genuine connections

• Work alongside ML Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Business Teams to prototype and launch impactful conversational Features

• Continuously enhance performance by analyzing User Feedback, running A/B Tests, and evaluating usage Data.

• Design intuitive Chatbots, virtual assistants, and natural language interfaces

• Enhance user engagement in Business, Service, or Product environments

• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt-based Design

• Craft conversations with authentic flow and subtle conversational nuances

• Apply creative and structured thinking to transform User needs into clear conversation Logic and seamless experience Flows

• Use conversational Design Tools, Voice and Tone Systems, and flow-building Platforms

• Collaborate closely with Engineer to balance technical possibilities and constraints

• Expertise in AI Agents, intent recognition, and multi-turn dialog management for engaging, intelligent interactions

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
