As a Senior Product Performance Analyst, you'll turn scattered data into clear direction: unified KPIs, consistent dashboards, and actionable insights that influence product strategy and prioritization. Working closely with Product Managers and Product leadership, you'll help create a scalable data foundation that enables measurable decision-making across our Product organization. Your work will ensure that product investments, outcomes, and customer impact are guided by reliable data and transparent performance measurements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements for data streams based on business processes and customer journeys and manage them independently.

  • Turn data into clear stories: build high-quality standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations for a wide range of stakeholder groups.

  • Standardize reporting, KPI definitions, and tracking approaches across Product teams to improve consistency and data quality.

  • Manage projects related to data provisioning from the data lake and ensure reliable access to relevant product data.

  • Partner with Product Managers and Product leadership to develop new KPIs and evaluate product impact.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on measurement, tracking concepts, and performance evaluation within the Product organization.

  • Support the product teams in the early stages of product development in formulating the right hypotheses and success metrics to shape the development phase and create the needed data points.

  • Proficiency with BI, reporting, and data visualization tools.

  • Proven experience building KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and scalable measurement structures.

  • Independent, project-oriented working style with the ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
