Working Student (f/m/d) Legal Services

Trusted Shops was established in 1999 and is now the leading provider of trust solutions on the Internet. In cooperation with the law firm FÖHLISCH Rechtsanwälte (www.foehlisch.com), the Legal Services business unit has been offering innovative legal tech products and highly specialized individual consulting in e-commerce law since 2014. Online merchants can protect themselves against warning letters with our warning protection packages (www.abmahnschutz.com) and are advised on all legal issues relating to e-commerce. This ranges from general terms and conditions to health claims to the question of whether worn socks can also be revoked.

If you are interested in legal topics and would like to work in a dynamic e-commerce environment, as well as have about 16-20 hours of time per week, then apply with us!

• Interdepartmental maintenance of our databases

• Administration of the (digital) case files

• Telephone support for Trusted Shops clients and clients of the FÖHLISCH law firm

• Preparation of documents and processing of correspondence

• You are still studying for at least one year

• Ideally, you already have experience with administrative office work

• You can quickly familiarise yourself with tools and database systems

• You have an independent way of working that is characterised by reliability, diligence and accuracy

• Flexibility, team spirit and a service-oriented attitude characterise you

• You are proficient in the use of common MS Office products, especially Outlook and Excel.

• You are business fluent in German and have good English skills
