Working Student (f/m/d) Corporate Legal

Trusted Shops is a leading provider of trust solutions for e-commerce companies, operating in a dozen European countries with over 700 employees.

Our seven-person Corporate Legal Team takes care of internal legal issues and advises Trusted Shops SE and its affiliated companies on all matters, from contract law to data protection law.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Corporate Legal team in dealing with internal legal issues

• Supporting the creation, review and maintenance of legal agreements (general terms and conditions, individual agreements, order processing, etc.)

• Legal research and support in the preparation of legal opinions

• Answering data protection inquiries from data subjects on the subject of information and deletion

• Supporting knowledge management

Your profile

• You already have sound legal knowledge from your studies: Either you are studying law or business law and are currently completing your LL.M.

• If possible, you have already gained some practical experience in the legal department of a company or in a law firm.

• You are still enrolled for at least 1 year.

• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English. Other European foreign languages are a big plus, but not essential.

• You are well versed in MS Office

• Knowledge of and experience in e-commerce, data protection, competition and general terms and conditions law are an advantage, but not a must. The main thing is that you are interested in these areas of law and can quickly familiarize yourself with them thanks to your comprehension skills.

• You work thoroughly and conscientiously and enjoy working in a team.
