As Team Lead Sales (m/f/div.) you will be responsible for planning, building and implementing all relevant sales structures as well as the commercial success of "eTrusted". In addition to the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team, you will actively convince corporate groups and major customers of our software solution.

  • You will be responsible for the growth-oriented development of the new sales team within the Experience Feedback Division.
  • You will develop strategies and internal processes for the entire sales funnel.
  • You are responsible for the further market entry of a finished and mature software product
  • You take over revenue and budget responsibility for your sales team
  • You lead your team (approx. 3-4 employees) professionally and disciplinarily
  • You develop playbooks and define high-revenue target groups
  • You build a qualified lead pipeline together with your team
  • You place customized solutions with corporate groups and large enterprises
  • You define sales relevant KPI and metrics
  • You analyze all relevant KPIs and develop new approaches and potentials based on them
  • You are in constant exchange with internal interfaces and decision makers


  • You have several years of sales experience in the SaaS environment or in the sale of a software product/digital product that requires explanation
  • You already have experience in setting up and expanding sales structures and processes
  • You know the digital environment very well
  • You have already taken over the technical and disciplinary management of a sales team
  • You have relevant experience in sales to key accounts and corporate groups and can communicate routinely and convincingly at C-level
  • You understand marketing as an indispensable tool for lead acquisition and have already developed and implemented marketing measures on your own responsibility
  • You make decisions analytically, number-oriented and always with the goal of growth
  • You have the desire and perseverance to successfully plan and shape the market entry of our product together with your team.
