Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Job description

To complement our successful sales team, we are looking for a great team player (f/m/d) who will support us to make our customers (online stores, B2B) even more successful with the help of our product portfolio around the Europe-wide known Trusted Shops trustbadge. With your sales skills you arouse the interest of our customers and accompany them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract. You will be responsible for contacting customers directly on the phone and by e-mail.

  • As a sales professional, you arous the interest of potential customers, determine their needs and take over the active sale of our products.
  • You lead B2B customers from the first telephone contact to the successful conclusion of a contract and win them as new customers for Trusted Shops. 
  • You create individual offers with the help of our CRM system and follow them up to the conclusion of the contract
  • You take over the maintenance of customer data in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • You actively contribute new ideas and sales approaches, share your practical experience with your team and enjoy continuous professional and personal development.

Requirements

  • You have ambition and enthusiasm for sales 
  • You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree, preferably in the commercial field
  • You ideally already have professional experience in telephone sales (ideally in the B2B environment) and enjoy selling online products professionally
  • You are enthusiastic about e-commerce and perhaps even already know your way around the industry
  • You can listen, are interested in the needs of customers and enjoy direct customer contact by phone
  • You like to work in a team, because teamwork is the key to success for you
