Team Enablement supports and shapes the strategic and organizational development of the Customer Experience Business Unit. In doing so, we are just as much solution-oriented initiators who decipher optimization potential as responsible project managers who bring the right stakeholders together and drive change processes forward.

With you, we are looking for a committed coach who will train our customer consultants in product development and represent the voice of our B2B customers in all areas for even stronger synergies, greater product benefits and customer success.

You will develop the product knowledge of the customer advisors and train them to get the maximum success and benefit from Trusted Shops products for our customers.

You develop benefit and sales arguments from your comprehensive understanding of the customer and Trusted Shops solutions

You create exciting and target group specific teaching concepts (e.g. workshops and training material) where you also design the media selection

You measure the success of your measures, e.g. by obtaining feedback, and constantly develop your methods, content and media

You are the interface of knowledge transfer and the voice of the customer in product development, thus ensuring an even more customer-oriented product world

You motivate and develop a creative, solution-oriented and customer-centred mindset among your colleagues

Requirements

  • You have sound experience in customer consulting, preferably in the digital economy or with online merchants in e-commerce
  • You already have experience in training colleagues
  • You are a great communicator, networker and know how to reach people
  • You have excellent presentation skills and are able to explain even complex issues in a simple and clear way
  • You bring affinity and enthusiasm for the technology of digital products
  • You are enthusiastic about the methodology of agile product development teams (SCRUM, KANBAN etc.)
  • You are fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage)
  • You show a high level of initiative, commitment and results orientation
