Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Automation & E-Mail (B2B)

Job description

Every day, our Trusted Shops sales team talks to numerous store operators who are interested in our trust solutions for e-commerce. To do this, we have to advertise our products accordingly and generate the data of potential stores. We are internationally active with our inbound marketing activities and serve several European countries. Our website and blog are at the heart of this. To promote our content, we rely on email marketing in addition to social media. The central instruments here are regular newsletters and semi-/automated campaigns. For this, mailings have to be continuously designed, texted and created. These mailings and the contact data generated must be closely monitored and evaluated in order to use the insights gained for further activities.

  • Planning and creating of our regular newsletters and semi-/automated campaigns
  • Developing new mailing approaches taking into account the latest developments in email marketing in collaboration with the team
  • Optimizing our database by mining and managing data in close collaboration with our CRM & Analytics team
  • Working closely with the Performance and Content Marketing team to develop new content ideas and their promotion


  • You have completed a degree in marketing or communications and were able to gain (initial) experience in email marketing
  • Experience with email marketing systems (e.g. Hubspot) and/or with web analytics systems (e.g. Google Analytics) is preferable
  • You bring analytical as well as creative skills and have a good sense of language
  • You are enthusiastic about e-commerce topics
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English. Other European language skills such as German, Spanish or Dutch are also an advantage
