IT Projektmanager (f/m/d)

Job description

As IT Project Manager in our modularization team (4 Software Engineers, 1 DevOps Engineer) you support and coordinate the replacement strategy for our legacy system. You translate this strategy into IT projects and prioritize them based on available resources and business needs in coordination with internal stakeholders.


Your previous experience in managing IT projects helps you to keep an overview. You and your team drive the replacement of the monolith as well as the development of new components in collaboration with other product teams. You ensure early prediction of potential bottlenecks and convince through clear communication within and outside the team.


  • Coordinate the replacement of our legacy monolith
  • Translate requirements into IT projects and prioritize user stories
  • Conducting business- context-, stakeholder-, needs- and system analyses
  • Team management (efficient communication, moderation and planning according to Kanban)
  • Receive, prioritize and communicate 3rd level support requests


Requirements

  • Practical experience in managing IT projects, preferably in the areas of migration, refactoring or replacement of legacy systems
  • Strong analytical skills and a good overview of complex requirements
  • Strong facilitation, team and stakeholder management skills in German and English
  • Understanding of IT systems (microservice architectures, APIs, SQL) is an advantage
  • Desire to grow together with your team on new tasks
