Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack - Identity & Access

Home of our Product Development is the Products & Engineering Department, which consists of 15 cross-functional Product Teams across 3 Product Domains (Consumer, Business and Platform), working in an agile environment.

We’re looking for a talented and curious Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack to join our Platform Domain, someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems through code, and is driven to improve the overall user experience.

In this role, you’ll be part of our Trstd Login Team, where we’re building the next generation of secure and user-friendly authentication tools for agentic commerce - designed to foster trust between users, businesses and agents. 

Your Key Responsibilities as a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) Fullstack:

• Work in a cross‑functional Product Team to design, build, and evolve secure, scalable identity and authentication services.

• Develop cross‑platform Web Components and their integration into major eCommerce systems (Shopware, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify).

• Implement secure System Communication using OAuth2 and OIDC, following a language‑agnostic engineering mindset.

• Take full ownership in a “You build it, you own it” culture.

• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Optimize reliability, security, and performance across Identity‑related components.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and delivery experts to ship impactful, user‑centric features.

• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

• Knowledge of Keycloak (Java), authentication flows, identity protocols.

• Backend skills in Node.js with Express.

• Experience building React applications and hands-on experience with Web Components & lightweight frameworks like Lit.

• Hands‑on AWS knowledge (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

• Experience with Terraform / IaC (or willingness to learn).

• Knowledge of microservice architecture, secure RESTful API design, and web security standards.

• Growth mindset, collaborative working style, strong communication skills in English.
